Building strong team culture in people focussed businesses is Stewart’s core strength, his most recent role saw him triple EBITDA in a 30-month period (from £335k to £1.05m) as well as leading the company to 6th Best Place to Work in the UK in the Campaign awards, 1st place in Wales. A firm belief in creating positive team relationships and environments as the core driver to commercial success underpins his approach.
