Julie Grabham MCIPD

Julie is the founder of The HR Consortium Limited (HRC) and has a wealth of HR generalist experience gained from her many years of working in various sectors in the corporate world and through her success of being a muti award winning HR consultant in her own HR business.

Julie is a fully qualified HR Consultant with Chartered status within the CIPD, specialising in employment law, employee engagement and supporting employers to be different to make a difference. 

Julie is passionate about delivering excellent HR and working in collaboration with other like-minded HR Consultants to provide the best HR service possible.

Outside of HR, Julie enjoys exploring the UK with her husband and 2 dobermanns. A keen supporter of charities, Julie helps with home checks and transport for animal rescues and has completed running challenges to raise funds for other charities.

Julie will say her biggest achievement has been her 2 daughters who have always been her inspiration to achieve success in all she does.  Julie passes that message onto her daughters and granddaughters and her ethos shines through in the success of her HR delivery and support of other HR Consultants.
