Rebecca Francis-Davies is a fully qualified HR professional with over 20 years of experience in HR in a wide variety of industries and sectors. Rebecca is a chartered member of the CIPD and has a master’s degree in employment law. Her approach to HR is all about finding sensible, simple, and cost-effective solutions to HR matters.
Rebecca’s expertise is in employee relations, which includes complex investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE, redundancy, and dispute resolution. Rebecca also enjoys designing and delivering bespoke leadership and management workshops for clients. She also has plenty of experience in policy design and implementation.
